I'm on 2mg, and only take it about 1-3 times a week.. I'm male and 18 years old, the Valium is for anxiety and I don't go out much anyway, but if I feel myself panicking I will straight away get the Dias! Is it just because I know what's coming or is it because I am addicted? I don't always want to take one but sometimes I have to have one near enough every day!

Is it easy getting addicted to small doses like 2mg? or is that just going to calm me down and I will be alright? Thanks.

no Valium is almost impossible to get addicted to now since of the new ingredients they have swapped some with, you can take 5 a day and be fine over a year. u wont get addicted.

Valium and all other Benzedrine'sNewes highly addictive and are usually only prescribed for short courses. If you take them frequently enough you will start to experience withdrawal symptoms which may seem similar to your actual anxiety symptoms.

Anxiety is a very difficult to control but there are much safer medications out there. I suggest you go and see your doctor to discuss what else you can try rather than getting reliant on Valium.

I've taking that stuff before on a daily basis and went through the with drawl which wasn't fun. I was addicted, but I didn't feel like it was a huge addiction. I think if you only take it 1-3 times per week and not everyday, you should be OK. Just be careful, because like other Pepe said it's highly addictive. Don't do it everyday.
