Valium is considered to be highly addictive - i know because i took it for only 3 weeks while i was in hospital and became hooked on it. You should see your doctor and perhaps attend narcotics anonymous if you are unable to quit with doctors help. If you have anxiety perhaps you could switch to a non addictive medication to help such as sequel.
first of all congratulations!!! you have taken the first step to admitting you have a problem. mixing this type of medication with alcohol is very bad and should not be mixed. do you substitute Valium with alcohol or alcohol with Valium when you dint have the other? first of all you urgently need to go to your GP. and tell him/her about this. they will probably prescribe you with disappear 5mg or 10mg if you have problems with sleeping. also ask your GP for blood test to check your liver as these will be doing it no good at all.
