Then you would continue to get the refills every 2 weeks.On the bottle it should have how many pills you're supposed to take each day. For ex. 2/day or every 12 hours. Then it has the # of pills #28. That would be for 14 days or 2 weeks.

If it says take 1 tablet in morning, and you have 30 tab, then you can only get the refill every 30 days... that said, if it says 1 or 2 , then its either 30 or 15 days respectively. Seldom they say take as needed, in that case it is up to the pharmacist to dispense at what interval they feel is safe for you.

If you are taking more pills than prescribed you will be"red-flagged"as a drug seeker by the Chemist and you may not get your scripts filled anymore.People often think this (Ultram/Tramadol) is a good drug to get high on when that is not true. The high only lasts for the first few days when you feel you can conquer the world. After that you are just chasing your tail trying to get that high again and giving the drug company bucketloads of money for nothing.I assume you are taking the 50mg pills and re-filling every 2 weeks ...this is why your question sounds suspicious.
