I've been taking regular Ultram for a couple of weeks, but when I went to get it refilled, the pharmacy didn't have any. My doctor gave me samples of Ultram ER to take until they fill it. It usually takes about 30 minutes for Ultram to start working, but it's been over an hour since I took an ER and I don't feel a difference. How long does it take?

I am on this stuff and for me it takes about 8 hours to reach the full height and then that lasts for about 6 hours then starts to wear off. Hope its working for you now.
