I have lived with a guy I love for 7 years, but he is a no sex-o. I am fine with once a month his is fine with 6 months to a year. What can I do and how could a sex therapist help us

A sex therapist would counsel him and you to find out why he isn't interested in sex and help you both figure out what to do about it.Bottom line -- if you're not happy with the state of your current sex life, and he refuses to go with you to a couples counselor or a sex therapist, you either have to accept the situation as it is -- no sex -- or leave him and find someone else who will give you the physical intimacy you need. Or maybe he would be willing for you to have a lover on the side who gives you what you need sexually while you and he continue to live together as primary partners?
