well it all depends on how often you watch it but i would suggest gradually watching less and less until you're able to cut it out all together

Thirteen, wow. I'm twelve. But when ever your thinking of going to watch porn, distract your brain. Do something else, go to a friends house, go play outside, watch a movie. Porn gets pretty boring after awhile. Eventually you'll think it is gross and disturbed. Hope I helped.

You may *think* none of the girls you know are likely... but at your age, most girls watch/read pornography at least sometimes, and many do it a lot.

As long as you're not doing it obsessively and letting it interfere with your life (watching porn instead of doing your homework, hanging with your friends and stuff), then you're *not* addicted and it's doing you no harm.

It's important that you understand that porn isn't a very realistic representation of sex or life... any more than "Jurassic Park" is a realistic representation of biology... but porn *is* fun to watch sometimes, and it definitely gives your imagination some good stuff to work with when you're masturbating.

I don't suppose you've ever been permitted to learn the truth about all the people that masturbate... but it might interest you to know that infants masturbate (often to orgasm if they do it at all and - rarely - even during the last week or two before they're born)... that by the age of 12, almost 1/3 of all girls have already been masturbating to orgasm at least occasionally for half their lives or more... or that at age 15 it's 2/3 of them who are doing it regularly (many of those are doing it more than once a day).
