opiates take 3 to 5 days..

The phsycal effects would wear off in about 24 hours. And any residual traces would be gone in 5 to 7 days.

For a drug test or withdrawls? 72 hours for a drug screen, drink lots of water and take a vitamin called niacin.If your body has become physically addicted to the drug, 3 to 5 days of withdrawl symptoms.
