Condoms prevent conception. It is a man's right to have children. His wife can not prevent him this right. A woman can not use any type of birth control as it is haraam and prevents her husband from being a father and having sons. A woman can only use birth control if it is for a medical reason like she has irregular periods and needs to straighten them out in order to become pregnant.

we all know drugs are haram, inside and outside Islam.. no question there..condoms and any sort of birth control is frowned upon if both husband and wife are healthy and can have children. but if there is an instance where the health of the mother would be in jeaperdy if she conceived or had another child, then birth control is acceptable.. thats why you will find condoms inside a muslim country.. its not to be used for adultery, even though ill minded people will make use of something halal into something haram.. it happens all over the world..

yea i dont think it is haram, but i think for it to be sold to anyone should be banned because it encourages people to go out and have a good time with anyone with any attachements. i mean back where i am originally from, they sell condoms to anyone, there are bars, there are strip clubs, and prostitution. its ashame what our communities are being brought to. some people are also doing it with men back home. they have no money to get married, so they have no other choice but to do it with each other. its ridiculous, our society is changed so much and i honostly think its already destroyed.
