Could i be addicted to pills???And what to do?I started use caffetin bcs pain.... And i used it about two years now...Later i notice that i feel better and like relaxed, happy and stuff everytime i take a pill...If i dont take i feel depressed , down, and like i dont wanna talk with noone, I kinda shake and i am wery nervius.... So i stated takeing pills just to feel better....And it works.... But i dont wanna do it anymore, i wanna be happy and normal without pills... I use Caffetin it has 10 mg of codein phosphate its like somekinda opiate wich help reduce pain, domething like that...

Sounds like you are addicted to codeine, just tell your doctor, you basically just lower the dose every day until you are cured, it's completely painless and easy, just takes a couple of weeks.Or you could just force yourself to stop, you'd feel bad for a few days but eventually return to normal.

cold turkey and yes your addicted... the drugs are messing with the hormones in your body and making you depressed. Best way to get out of it is to listen to happy upbeat music and exercise ALOT

Yes you can I know this to be a FACT, opiates are very addictive if you stop taking then cold turkey you will feel like crap, so tapper your self off and after you do that you will still feel tried but don't give up, pretty soon you will start to feel like your old self again, Then if i were you i would go get help, You don't get addicted to pain meds for the fun of it. There is a underling problem that need to be addressed.
