Default Naltrexone vs. Pain ? - 12-29-2008, 05:41 AM

I take Naltrexone 50mg orally daily voluntarily because of an opiate problem that I am very aware of.I broke my leg. Comminuted Compound Fracture. Very very ugly. The doctors are baffled at what to do for my pain. They have me on a Valium drip, which has relaxed and calm, but still in agony. They say I have to wait until the Naltrexone is fully metabolized, and have attempted opiates with no success. The last dose was at 5pm Tuesday, it is now 11.57pm Thursday. When should I expect some relief?
