Never hire a tweeker to do anything at your house. They will rob you whether you are there or not. The best way to find a house cleaner is through friends who have used the same person with satisfaction for a period of time.

NO, they will steal everything and even things with no meaning. Plus, they would get distracted and start doing something else.

Excellent idea. But I wouldn't be too demanding. They might only clean your stove (of course it would sparkle) or they might just take the money and run.
