My doctors put me on MnM for a illness i have. Its vital for me to be on MnM or ill... die. Its strange but true. But anyways. A problem of mine is the"munchies"i cant (it'd be bad for my already ill health) gain weight, and its hard for me to have the munchies and not give in to them. Any advice for helping me get over the munchies? Thanks.The only thing i can say about the illness is that its a evil, evil illness.Thanks for the help and sarcasm bigchuck =]

Only help I can say is have healthy stuff to eat already easy to grab in the fridge. Also, drink plenty of ice cold water. Helps with the appetite and when you cough your lungs out.
