It is the function of the liver to clean toxic/waste products from your body. I don't know of anything which will make the liver more productive.

I've never heard of it working, but it might. Green tea would probably work better. Neither would cover up or completly clean out marijuana in your system though. That takes time.

Just like any other poison, your liver will get it out when it gets it out. So no, nothing but time will help it.
