Default Loratab during pregnancy???? - 12-16-2008, 04:14 PM

I am 14 weeks pregnant and went to the emergency room last night due to severe back and stomach pain. I do have chronic back pain, but I have never had any problems before. My doctor found blood in my urine four weeks ago and asked if I had any symptoms of a bladder infections and I don't. Well, when the pain started, I got worried, called my doctor and went to the emergency room. I thought loratab was a nono during pregnancy? If it is, why did he perscribe it to me? They said that you can take it during pregnancy and it won't hurt the baby, but they just don't want you to take it throughout your entire pregnancy. What's going on?

In most cases as long as it is not abused, it will be safe. Just take it as needed, not every 4 hours. I've known several women that have taken perscribed pain medications during pregnancy and all babies were fine. The problems come from those that are addicts and use continuously.

Default Some question about my pregnancy - 01-01-2010, 05:43 AM

Appropriate exercise can help mothers adjust to the needs of pregnancy and childbirth to give birth more easily, more easily. However, improper movement, but may cause irreparable serious consequences. What, what sports can do? Which movement is best not to do?
