I have two friends that are always arguing about their pain medacation.One takes Tramadol 150 and the other take Loratab 7.5 or 10. I know nothing about either so my question which is the best or are they the same.I just want to stop their bickering. so if you know the answer please let me know or tell me how I can find out.

The"best"one is the one that is the most effective (and least harmful) for the particular individual with the particular condition being treated.

I would go with the tramadol 150 unless the lortab is a 10/325.Tramadol act as an opioid and goes straight to the brain while lortab has to go a longer route. Maybe the real issue should be which has the worse withdraw. This goes hands down to tramadol/ultram.
