You probably mean 7.5 mg. It will make most people tired. Be careful if you haven't taken them before. It could make you sick. Try taking 1/2. If you have any Benedryl, that would work much better.

You either mean 7.5mg or you looked at the prescription wrong and it says it contains 750mg Acetaminophen (Tylenol), usually mixed with 5mg Hydrocodone.Your answer, no it wouldn't make you tired. Not right away anyways. Take a NSAID like Diphenhydramine, like Tylenol PM or Advil PM. If you want to take it a lone take a couple Benedryl. Ibuprofen works well, also.Be safe and it's not advised to take other peoples prescription. Remember to always read the directions on the bottle before taking.Good luck and sleep well.

Thats a huge dose of vicodin just to go to sleep - and you'll feel crappy in the morning.I would suggest a benedryl instead.Hope you get back on schedule soon.Be well

750 mg of hydrocodone would even kill House. Read the first number. It should say something like 5/750, or 7.5/750. The first number is the dose of hydrocodone in milligrams. The second number is the amount of acetaminophen.
