ok so yesterday my bf was over at my house, and he got my hydrocodone ( which were prescribed to me ) and i told him not to take any because i don't want him ending up like someone who's addicted to them. anyway, he said he wouldn't and put them back. then i had left the room later to go get something from the kitchen and when i came back he had the pills out and when i looked in the bottle and counted them there were 2 missing, he said he didn't take them, but i'm almost positive that there were 2 missing. he left like 10mins after this happened so i couldn't find out if he was acting like he was high or different or w/eso my question is how many hydrocodone would it take to get high off of? they were 5/500 hydrocodonei love him so much, i don't want him to get addicted to those and mess up his life

2 will make you feel good for a couple of hours.sounds like you need to hide them from now on.

sometimes it only takes one but if he's addicted it will probably take two,the more you take the more you build a tolerence for it,then you have to keep taking more cuz your immuned to it so i hope that helps you!!and teking that can be really hard on his kidneys

it just depends.....if he is used to taking them, then a handfulwould get him pretty high......i have a friend who worked in a pharmacy and was taking 20 to 30 per day.....he could"maintain"pretty well. i mean you would never know that he had taken so many......the more you take the more used to them you become so therefore you would need to take more than the average prescribed dose to get high....he was stealing the drugs from the pharmacy and finally someone reported him....obviously he lost his job and went straight to rehab..
