Myself having Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (CRPS), and I have a doctor appointment in 2 months, my pain is starting to act up and my doctor said the last time"we'll put you on something else if you like, think about it."I have a strong medical background and she goes along with what I suggest usually.Currently I take Oxycontin 80 mg six times a day (2 AM, 2 afternoon and 2 evening) along with OxyFast 20mg/ml 1cc max six times a day as needed.I've been reading about Dilaudid or Paladrone (extended release). Has anyone tried this for pain or RSD? I think it's a step up?

I prefer the liquid Hydromorphone/dilaudid

Dilaudid is nice.Works fast.Have you tried hydrocodine? Nice stuff too..tastes yucky though blah.
