My boyfriend and I have are having a baby. he is away and do not give any support from any type. he states he won't give anything because he doesn't have any money. he is a drug addict. he function very well, works everyday and makes tons of money. he does not pay taxes and get everything in cash. he is a car service,and works over 15 hours a day 7 days a week. he makes a lot of money.

* the government gives him 800$ per month for disability .
* every week he pays 350$ for the company that rent him the car
* since he is car service he need lots of gas which cost him 30$ a day- or 900$ a month
* he smokes 2 packs of cigarettes a day. which cost him 750$ a month.
* he never cooks at home and eat only outside.
* he has 14 years old Daugherty whenever she ask for food he buys her. he son just turned 18 but he does the same with him.
* basically he does not pay rent. he lives in a place ask for a favor few days until he gets the money, than he leaves without paying a 1$... like he did with me when i was 7 weeks pregnant, ever since I didn't let him comeback here.

* the crack he smokes more pricey than diamonds so I have no idea how much goes for that.

I have the receipts he get from the company that rents him the car. I have their phone number and their address as well
i have his business card
i have pictures of him while he is waiting in the station waiting for passengers who looking for car service.
I do not know where he lives now.. . I know sometimes he staying with a friend.
please advice what I can do

You get a lawyer and get sole custody of that baby when the child is born, and set up support payments.

If things get nasty get a restraining order.

If you couldn't afford to take care of your baby you shouldn't have slept with the man and had unprotected sexual relations.

Why in the world would you pick a crack addict to sleep with in the first place?

If you do manage to get his money, you're always gonna have him your life, he's gonna know where you live, and it's just gonna be a mess. He'll always be causing trouble, stirring' up drama, calling you at 3am ranting etc. You and your kid don't need that crap.

Just go on with your lives and be happy.
