addiction is a chronic progressive disease a person who is detoxing from there addiction can be life threading crack has effects that can be hard for a person to detox but the person can recover from crack but always have an addiction maybe the disability is the addiction or the person could already have a disability before addiction crack itself is not the disability but that is just my opinion
