how do i lose my crack addiction? -

i started smoking crack a few weeks ago and i think i might have become addicted, i tried the CAP(crack addiction program) 2 times now and they aren't helping at all, i just need a few methods from a few of you crack heads, i think that my problem has gotten in the way of me and my family, i once hit my wife when she confronted me about my program, can someone give me a few tips on quitting?
I was addicted to meths, and I went to a detox and have been clean for 7 months now. I just don't use no matter what. i do not go around the people I use to use with. I do go to Narcotics anonymous meetings. You can do it

That is one crackhead saying hi to another crackhead.Because weather you want to admit it or not you are a crackhead.Not judging you or anything but a person that hits his wife because he has a problem is a crackhead.Getting past the name calling. I ha vent picked up for a year.And that is damn good considering the drug. Crack is a betcha trying to stop. You have to put every thing you got into quitting crack.NA meetings, getting a Spencer, getting phone numbers of other people in the program and using them. Dont just get the numbers and put them away. When you feel like getting high call someone.You say you have only been smoking it for 2KS, sh-t cart man that's a life time for crack. One night and your addict ted.I really feel for you, your going to have to give this program 110 per cent.And you will if you want to stop. You are definitely in my prayers. Yeah you should have not started, what the hell would make you want to start smoking crack anyway haven't you seen what crack can do to you by viewing people you either went to school with or just seen on the street. What the hell were you thinking, you need to go to jail that's the only rehab you will get because you are restricted and can not leave when you want.
I just answered your other question about your son. Now that I know you are on crack, I wonder if you were seeing things right! You better get some help soon before you get so deeply involved with the crap you are doing, or nobody will want to listen to you - especially your kids! Why should they? And don't you dare hit them! Get back to your meetings - go every day until you can get clean, then you can back off to a few a week. If that doesn't work get back into rehab and stay there and stay there and stay there! This is one time you must put yourself first or you won't be of any use to anybody. NA is a great group! Go and do what they say to do and you will come out a winner!
Why would you just get up and start smoking crack and then immediately think oh I am addicted? Do you just like causing yourself problems. Maybe you should get help for being dumb. You sound like a retard, actually worse because they didn't choose that.
