I have a lady friend that is addicted to crack. she says when she
smokes it with friends she goes and get in the closet afraid someone is going to rape her.when i asked her why she would
smoke something that makes you feel like that, she says it is an
addiction. she can cut hair and worked for a cab net maker, real
smart. now she has no job. I fear the addiction will end her life.
she weighs about 80 lbs now. I begged her to go in treatment
no luck.

i think that the only way that someone ... can beat it is .. if they truly want to .. and if they have a reason .. too. ... like my husband was addicted.. and was a drunk.. i got pregnant.. told him he wouldn't see his kid if he didn't stop.. sure enough he stopped.. u just have to give her a reason too or she never Will

I didn't know it was possible to be audited to crack. My wall has many crack but i want to get rid of them.

YES, only if they want to change, they have to start all over and quit hanging around other addicts.Sometimes it takes a real friend to step up and help.

The solution to any addiction is mind over matter. The problem in your case is it doesn't sound like she WANTS to beat the addiction. If that desire isn't there, no treatment will be effective. I'd say the best thing for you to do personally is just love her, pray for her (if you are so inclined) and let her find her own way, hopefully for the best.
