At what amount does codeine break down into morphine in the system? -

I was wondering if anyone knew at what level will codeine start to break down into morphine in the system. Would someone have to take a relatively large dose of codiene or does it break down anyway at whatever amount is taken? I have recently had a urine test and it showed that morphine was present in my urine. Would this be proof that I had been taking large doses of the drug or would it have showed up like that anyway even if I had just taken a couple of pills?
codeine, hyrdocodone, oxycodone, are all from the same derivative of the opiate family, get it, opiate....sounds like opium? so if you take any of these you look like you've got morphine in your system aka looks like you're doin heroin on your piss test.yes, even a little amount will show
