Does anyone know, is Darvocet in the same drug family as Codeine? - 01-04-2009, 03:49 PM

My mom is allergic to codeine and is concerned about taking darvocet. Are the two chemically similar that she needs to worry?

Im not really sure....but if they were prescribed to her she shouldnt worry they will know here allergies.If theyre not then she shouldnt take them!
