here's my problem I was asked by another coworker in a different office (state) to keep my eye out on her today (meaning stop her if she runs out for lunch driving) Now I know this seems like simple right but the coworker who took the med's hates me and doesn't even look or speak to me and is out to get me in anyway she can. What should I do I feel like I am in a bad after school episode.

Leave her alone and don't do her any favors; you're at work not in a hospital setting and she should not be driving or working while taking codeine that is ridiculous and you need to go and talk to your mgr right away.
