After dissolving the pills in water you are able to filter out the 300mg's of Acetaminophen however you are left with a solution of codeine and caffeine. How do you chemically remove the caffeine?
What ???? the combination is necessary to make the pills work properly. The tylenol is a carrying agent which supposedly reduces inflammation, the codine is for pain and the caffeine enhances the cumulative effectiveness of both other drugs. There would never be a reason to fool with them.
15mg really isn't that much, that's about as much as there is in a chocolate candybar. Even when you add up the pills, the amount of caffeine probably wont be enough to affect what you're trying to acheive
