doc rx me.but I dont want to take pills...my anxiety is not severe..because I dont want to get addicted..and withdraw symptoms ..with ONE pillonly in speech class where we have to discuss things..i think i have low confidence?if I have these symptoms: hyperventiating,avoiding eye contact, short of breath ...is it necessary?but i can suffer like this until talk to psychologist
