You really need to do something more then just sit around and take meds- and you can not just'call in a refill for Lortab or Percocet"you need a hand written RX.Get your foot in a bath and swirl it around and TRY and wiggle it a bit- I think the pain you are feeling is because it is getting stiff! THAT CAN REBOUND ANY INJURY. BETTER YET, GET WITH A FRIEND AND GO SWIMMING! THAT WOULD BE THE BEST THING FOR YOU. You are 1/3 your weight in the pool and everything moves easier in water! HONESTI own a Health spa and have physical therapy patients in the POOL - every day!Take what you are given and nothing more- YOU did have alot of Percocet for just injuring yourself and not being on the narcotics.PLEASE...GO TO THE FOOT DOCTOR- DID THEY EVEN BOTHER TO X-RAY? YOU ONLY SAID INJURE?Do you have an ace bandage or an aircast on it.. or a light shoeWhen you are off of it- elevate it! BUT remember to CONTINUE to MOVE -ok.BECAUSE i DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU DID - I AM HESITANT TO TELL YOU ANYTHING MORE TO DO. BUT at the ER they would have done something more if they found something terribly wrong. Then they could be wrong..Seriously,-ok GO TO A POOL OR HOT TUB - move it a little(if u dont use it -it stiffens and pain increases!!!)good luck AND LET US KNOW HOW U ARE DOINGI BET THE DOCTOR SEND U FOR SOME PHYSICAL THERAPY!!!! HOPE SO!1. Soak the foot and try and wiggle a little and put some pressure on it.2. GO to the DR -3. Wrap it loosely...4. Take only what is prescribed ( you can take more tylenol- go ahead) Dont take extra of the Lortab though--
